Production Time

Production time refers to the time taken to make custom hair system. It does NOT include the time used for the following things:

-Consulting with us

-Sending in old hair systems, samples and templates, etc.

-Discussing uncertain order details after we receive your payment.

-Shipping

In other words, production time is counted from the date that all the order details are confirmed, all the necessary samples and templates are received, and payment is received.

Regular Production Time	8-9 weeks	9-10 weeks
Rush Production Time	6-7 weeks	8-9 weeks
Super Rush Production Time	Please consult us before placing a super rush order.

Above production time is for most hair systems. Some complicated and special hair systems cannot be completed within that time frame, like silk top, extra-long hair and extra heavy density, etc. If you need a hair system within a specific time frame, please contact us for free consultation before you place order.

Shipping Time

Magichair cooperates with several world-renowned express companies like DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc. They ship to most countries within a week, usually 3-5 business days. For some special regions, other express service or postal service will be used and the shipping time is subject to the actual situation.

*Please be awared that any customs duty or tax involved at the customs of the customer's country will be borne by customers. The price for any order at Magichair does NOT include the customs duties or taxes. If the customer doesn't or refuses to do the customs clearance timely, the package might be returned or disposed of by the customs; in this situation, Magichair takes no responsibility and will not issue any refund for the order.
