A Novel Review - Prince Charming and the Marquis ofardy

Alex is a Greek word which literally means "one hand".alex Popularity: adowspire; meaning: darkness; Alex, as a baby name, is pronounced AL-ez. It's of Greek origin, and consequently the literal meaning of Alex is 'man's protector, warrior'. This is very fitting for a name which exemplifies the role that man must play in our society today, who is forced to protect the innocent from evil.

History: Alex was a slave in Greece when his master was killed by his own slaves, because of his outspoken opinions.alex Because of this, Alex managed to flee to the city of Troy and established a refuge for himself. As a result of his bravery, he gained the name" Alyx", or "brightness" in Greek, and became a symbol of hope for immigrants to the Peloponnesus, Greece.

According to legend, once upon a time, a young woman named Ariel was looking for a slaver to take her to the city of Acarnania, to marry her husband, because she had heard that the city possessed such a magical power. So, with the help of her magical fairy godmother, Ariel decided to enchant her way into the palace of the King of Acarnania, hoping to convince him to grant her wish. However, instead of being granted her wish, the king turned down her proposal by giving her a rather large sum of money.

One night, while her fairy godmother was away, a young man by the name of Damon found her and lured her to a meadow where he attempted to rape her. She, being a powerful sorceress, managed to escape and contacted her fairy godmother, rushing to warn her of Damon's activities. The fairy godmother then levitated over the scene and started casting a wide variety of spells on Damon, who was under the impression that the goddess was giving him various special abilities in order to seduce her. Finally, she conjured up a storm which scattered the fragments of Damon's armor all across the land, forcing Damon to surrender to her.

When a young boy named Alex finds out about his parent's disappearance, he is very desperate to find them and return to them. When he finds a mirror in the house of his presumed mother, he believes that his father is alive and he begins to search for the fabled town of Acarnania. Alex soon realizes that his mother's "fairy godmother" has transformed into a magical witch. Using a wishing spell, Alex is able to bring his parents back to life and banish the witch to the far side of the world.

Years later, while helping a merchant's daughter to wed a prince, a knight by the name of Damon comes to town. He accidentally ends up summoning a demon, an evil being with supernatural powers, called a rook. Alex, thinking that the evil must be killed immediately, fends off the attack of the rook with his book. When it turns out that the evil is a man in disguise, Alex must defeat him in order to protect the prince and the kingdom from evil.
